Re-Branding to Promote Sheridan Tourism

After months of careful research, planning and strategizing, Sheridan Travel & Tourism (STT) is proud to announce the results of our re-branding effort. The goal was to create a new logo identification that would not only spark curiosity among those who are exploring Sheridan for their upcoming travels, but also establish a definitive association between Sheridan and its unique proximity to the Bighorn Mountains.

Likewise, STT spent a great deal of time on the tagline – the descriptor that serves to further reinforce the logo. After considering all the unique features and amenities that the Sheridan area has to offer, we realized that there is far too much to identify with one particular amenity or one particular feature. And there was still the distinct opportunity to align ourselves with the geographical prominence of the Bighorn range, much the way that Cody has with Yellowstone or Jackson has with the Tetons. All of this, coupled with wanting to engage the audience with a more emotional presentation, led us to the creation of a new tagline: Become Bighorn’d!

And here is the result!

You’ll see this new logo and tagline carried throughout all of our advertising campaigns beginning with this summer season. And thanks for your ongoing support in promoting our community – we know that all of you have already Become Bighorn’d!
