Relocate your Business to Sheridan County

Sheridan County has a progressive business climate conducive to working with the most current technology. The county's vitality can be attributed to the aggressive, free-market thinking of its business men and women, as well as to an environment which encourages cottage industry entrepreneurs to thrive in a competitive market place.

Local governments in Sheridan County recognize the needs of the business and industrial community and the importance of local government actions that will permit business and industry to acquire these needs more easily and with a minimum of effort on their part. The City Council as well as the County Commissioners are active in community development. Both support the programs of the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce and Forward Sheridan (Sheridan's economic and business development organization) in promoting a healthy business climate and encouraging the expansion and retention of existing industry and business within Sheridan County.

Sheridan County's #1 strength for business and industry is our emphasis on family and community values, which is reflected in the strong work ethic of our workforce.

Wyoming has no personal or corporate state income tax.

Business Relocation Guide. An ad hoc economic development committee - comprised of leaders from the City of Sheridan, County of Sheridan, Forward Sheridan, Sheridan County Chamber, and Wyoming Business Council - has been actively working together for almost a year now to develop strategy and tools for encouraging business relocations to the Sheridan area. One outcome of this work has been the creation of a "business relocation guide," full of data useful to businesses considering such a move. Click on the image below to see a copy, or call the Sheridan County Chamber at (307) 672-2485 to have the booklet mailed to you.
