Bozeman Trial Museum
The Bozeman Trail Museum is an original blacksmith shop serving travelers on the Bozeman Trail. Various time periods from 1800’s to the present are represented in the displays.
Bradford Brinton Memorial and Museum
This gentleman’s ranch has been a museum since 1961. Fine art such as Remington and Boren adorn the walls. The furnishings and other collections give visitors a feel for the lifestyle of the more prosperous ranches in a bygone era. Visitors can tour the magnificent home, enjoy the changing exhibits in the world-class art gallery, or simply drink in the natural beauty of the setting.
Big Horn Event Center
Just outside Big Horn, the Big Horn Event Center (formerly known as the Big Horn Equestrian Center) is the site of world-class polo games from late May until Labor Day. At other times, the area is used for community activities including soccer tournaments, fireworks, and the Don King Days old-time ranch rodeo.
Wyoming State Bird Farm
The Wyoming State Bird Farm raises many native fowl and some exotic types as well. The farm also hase a show pen for a close-up view of many birds seldom seen.
Powder Horn Golf Course
The Powder Horn features three mature, nine-hole courses that offer spectacular golf and views for every type of golfer. Scottish-style links golf, challenging target golf and wide-open fairways allow for many creative shot-making opportunities. The Powder Horn is consistently ranked on America’s Top 100 Modern Courses List.
Bighorn National Forest
The Big Horn National Forest is accessible by gravel road from Big Horn. Camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, snowmobiling and wildlife viewing are just a short drive to the west.
