Responsibilities include general ledger accounting and review, financial statement preparation, maintaining and reviewing ledgers and some general office work.  Will work directly with the various accounting and reporting related issues.

  • Prepare monthly reports of revenue, profit, rental, fees, and/or reimbursement due to/from
  • Prepare disbursements as required.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Audit statements and reconciliations.
  • Perform necessary account analysis. Test accrual or receivable/payable balances. Assist the General Accounting Department with quarterly G/L account analysis.
  • Assist Finance Department with monthly Aged Trial Balance review. Assist on explanation of slow paying accounts.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries. 

requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Two to three years of general accounting related experience.
  • Experience or knowledge of commercial real estate work experience a plus.
  • Must have extensive skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; AS400 experience a plus.
  • Strong reading, math and analytical skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with external clients as well as internal customers.
  • Ability to read and understand journal entries and the flow of information through a general ledger.
  • Excellent research, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, self motivated with ability to multi-task.
  • Independent worker able to meet deadlines without reminders.
  • Willing to take ownership of assignments and responsibilities.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.

Monitor performance of staff as it relates to the provision of direct care services to client. Record and monitor performance of individual daily schedules and behavior programs ensuring individual plans of care (IPC) are implemented, followed and documented. Ensure the health and safety of clients. Work scheduled shifts.
There are several positions currently in our Gillette location.
Associates degree in Rehab Counseling, Education, Human Services or similar discipline preferred as well as experience in direct care with person with disabilities.  This position is a 24/7 on call, you must have flexibility to work all hours.

Non-Profit company is seeking a payroll specialist. The payroll specialist will be responsible for in-house payroll for 300 employees. The payroll specialist is also the point of contact for employee questions and garnishment set up and correspondence.  The ideal Payroll specialist would have 1+ years of experience processing payroll. A Bachelors degree from a 4 year university is required. Experience using MAS90, ACCPAC, Macola or a similar software package is preferred and strong Excel skills are required.  
  • Respond to all payroll and benefit questions in a timely manner.
  • Process and maintain multi-sight semi-monthly payroll
  • Manage time & attendance recordkeeping system & approval process 
  • Audit all payroll adjustments and paperwork to ensure accuracy & compliance.
  • Keep track of garnishments, loans and benefit deductions.
  • Maintain PTO balances and adjustments.
  • Generate payroll reports for executives and HR Manager
  • Perform reconciliation of payroll, federal and state taxes, and benefits payments.

    Associates degree in manufacturing technology, industrial or safety engineering or similar discipline required plus knowledge of fire codes and infrastructure design, the ability to multi-task and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.  Familiar with facilities projects, project manager, construction projects.  Ability to read blue prints, use cad/cam software a plus.
