Gatekeeping Case Manager/Job Coach

Northern Wyoming Mental Health Center is seeking a motivated, professional and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Gatekeeping Case Manager/Job Coach in Sheridan, WY for our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program.

The ideal team member for this position is a highly competent communicator, trainer and relationship builder. The Gatekeeping Case Manager/Job Coach provides skill training and support to clients to obtain and maintain employment; develops rehabilitation plans; and provides case management services to facilitate maximum community integration.

Qualifications and Skills Required qualifications include:
a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or technical school in a related field of study such as Psychology, Social Services or Human Services; proficient in basic computer programs, Microsoft Office programs including Excel, and be willing to learn applicable company records systems. Preferred qualifications include: experience in client skills training and case management services; and one year of experience.
