Small Business Saturday – This Saturday
SATURDAY is Small Business Saturday – now in its 4th year. This new “special day,” celebrated on the Saturday between “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday,” is becoming an integral part of the kickoff weekend for the holiday shopping season. It’s a special time to focus on SMALL businesses and their value to their communities and our local economies – especially their value to Sheridan County!
We encourage shoppers and small businesses to join in this special day on Saturday. Continue to Shop Locally and shop at one of our small businesses!
American Express, who started Small Business Saturday, is showing its financial support as well. If you have a personal American Express card, the company is offering you a $10 credit if you use that card for a purchase transaction of $10 or more on Small Business Saturday (this Saturday, November 30). Click here for how to get this credit and how to know which of our local businesses qualify for the offer.
For the businesses: If you’re one of the qualifying small merchants, the Small Business Saturday website also provides free advertising material that you can download and use to promote the Saturday event.
