The Sheridan Early Childhood Association provides educational resources for adults who are committed to improving the quality and availability of services for children from birth through age eight – the critical years of development. As members, local day care and preschool providers share a common desire to meet the social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of young children.
There are approximately 40 state-licensed early childhood providers in Sheridan County. These include child care centers, child care homes, and preschools. Your most helpful resource in finding an appropriate child care service (and availability) is Child Care Finder, (307) 673-0265 or (800) 578-4017 or visit the Child Care Finder website.
