These tasks could all be considered “projects” … and managing these projects effectively is a key skill for making sure the tasks are completed successfully, on time, and on or under budget.
This Chamber training session – “Project Management Fundamentals” – will help you with the “how to’s” and tips for managing each phase of a project from conception, to planning, to execution, to completion, all while still doing your regular job duties.

The training is being brought to us by the Sheridan College Center for Workforce and Community Education. The presenter is Suzanne Leonard, current Sheridan College instructor and consultant and instructor of office and business skills for the past 16 years.
