“Project Management Fundamentals” – Registration Form

Project Management - Man with Puzzle PiecesHow many times have you been asked to take on an extra task like planning an event, building a business plan, preparing an annual report, or even developing a new product?

Did you ask yourself, “where do I start?” or “how do I manage this with all of my other work?”

These tasks could all be considered “projects” … and managing these projects effectively is a key skill for making sure the tasks are completed successfully, on time, and on or under budget.

This Chamber training session – “Project Management Fundamentals” – will help you with the “how to’s” and tips for managing each phase of a project from conception, to planning, to execution, to completion, all while still doing your regular job duties.

Tuesday, November 5, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
at Sheridan College Main Street, 171 N. Main St.
Cost: $79 per person for Chamber members; $99 for others
